Savvy Senior
Written by Jim Miller, this syndicated monthly column finds savvy answers to questions of interest to seniors. Miller, a longtime advocate of senior issues, has been featured in Time magazine, is a regular contributor to NBC's "Today" show, and is the author of "The Savvy Senior: The Ultimate Guide to Health, Family, and Finances for Senior Citizens."


Big Sky Birding
Terry McEneaney, the staff ornithologist for Yellowstone National Park, is the author of this bi-monthly column featuring Montana bird species. One of Montana's most experienced birders, McEneany has been watching birds for 50 years and is the author of "Birding Montana," "Birds of Yellowstone," and "The Uncommon Loon."


Volunteering
Each month, Montana Best Times lists volunteer opportunities available through the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) in communities across southern Montana.
